Kthryn Bondoc is the lead consultant offering over 15 years of transformational leadership and operational experience in the community aged care, disability and primary health care sectors. Based in Sydney, and armed with a certification as a Change Management Professional through Prosci and a Masters in Health Service Management through Curtin University, Kthryn specialises in the diverse areas of operational capability and systems, business development, quality and compliance and transformation through reform, Kthryn is an ideal business partner to your team.
